Managing Saudi Arabia's Talent in a Time of Crisis: How Does it Work?

Purpose: The objective of this study was to investigate talent management in Saudi Arabia collecting data from various organizations using a survey analysis. Theoretical framework: Talent is the process identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining talented individuals so that their extraordinary contributions can be fully realized. This becomes less effective during crisis as face enormous challenges when trying manage workforces. However, Research on or Arab world, especially GCC countries, noticeably sparse. Design/methodology/approach: quantitively analyse collected disseminated experts professionals working several sectors Jeddah, KSA, gain some understanding about practices general crises particular. Findings: finds KSA adopt apply management. There appears no relationship between organisations size type engagement employees deployment practices.
